What is the return policy?
Due to the sensitive nature of these products no returns are accepted on these items once the box has been opened. Please reach out if you have questions or concerns.

When will I get my order?
Orders ship every Friday and should arrive within a week! All orders are tracked and you'll receive email updates. Orders may be delayed the week before a convention - reach out if you're interested in convention pickup
Are these dropshipped or manufactured?

How long will a custom take?
Assuming the custom is the standard format, two weeks plus the ship time for the fur. If the desired fur is out of stock, I'll offer the option of a close alternative or waiting!
How should I keep my sheath clean?
Fursuit spray is recommended, along with a gentle brushing every so often. Wash on cold inside a pillowcase or garment bag, and tumble dry with no heat only. Be wary of magnets sticking the sheath to the side of the drum! If the fur becomes rumpled or creased, use a hair-dryer to gently ruffle the fur and smooth it out with your hand.
